RESIDENTIAL

The Arc of Cape May County’s residential services offers individuals with I/DD housing options that provide an opportunity to live a fulfilling and independent life in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere. The Arc’s residential experience emphasizes the importance of maintaining family relationships, establishing friendships, pursuing personal interests, and becoming involved in the community. Properties vary from multi-bedroom homes to individuals apartments located in communities throughout Cape May County. Referrals for residency in The Arc of Cape May programs are received through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE OPTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Supportive Living
  • Crisis/Respite Group Home

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

Supported employment services are designed to help individuals fulfill their employment aspirations and achieve social and economic inclusion through sustainable employment. The Arc of Cape May County is a vendor through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Service (DVRS) and offers supported employment services.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Job coaching
  • Training and instruction
  • Travel Training
