People with disabilities continue to face barriers when securing and maintaining housing. The Fair Housing Act (FHA) is a critical federal civil rights law that protects individuals with disabilities from housing discrimination.![]()

This two-part webinar series is designed to help service providers better understand these protections and effectively support the individuals they serve. In this session, participants will learn how the Fair Housing Act applies to disability-related housing issues, including reasonable accommodations, accessibility requirements, and protections against discrimination in renting, buying, or residing in housing.![]()

The webinar will also provide practical guidance on identifying potential fair housing violations and assisting individuals in asserting their rights.![]()
