The Daybreak programs offers in-center program and community based inclusion events. Activities are designed to support the development of such skills as: problem solving, self-help, social, adaptive, daily-living, and leisure. Consumers participate in activities including:

• Self Care Skills – Hygiene, personal presentation, etc.
• Fitness and Nutrition – Yoga, Zumba, menu planning, etc.
• Independent Living Skills – Cooking, budgeting, grocery shopping, laundry, etc.

The Arc of Cape May’s Recreation program provides adults ages 18 and up with opportunities to enhance their social lives with friends and peers in a supervised and supportive environment. Thanks to the generosity of a Cape May County Grant, we offer recreation throughout the year and incorporate recurring, seasonal, and special events and activities to engage attendees.
