Cape May Court House, NJ – October 13, 2023: The Arc of Cape May County was the recipient of a generous donation from the Crest Savings Bank.
The donation was received as a result of the multiple branches of Crest Savings Bank’s “Casual Friday for a Cause Campaign.” In exchange for the privilege of dressing down on Fridays, each employee made a donation to The Arc of Cape May, nominated by the employees as the charity of choice for the quarter ending September 30th .
This donation will directly benefit areas of client support through residential services, day programming, recreation and vocational programs for local adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
On hand to accept the donation from The Arc of Cape May County were Arc Board member, Jeanine Cabrera, Laura Gaffney, CMDO and Majken Mechling, CEO. Presenting the donation check from Crest Savings Bank were
Amanda Malkowski, AVP Relationship Manager and Ron Haines, Customer Experience Manager. “We are thrilled to accept this donation on behalf of the Arc. Individuals and their families living with ID/DD in our communities will directly benefit,” Majken Mechling added.
