December 11 Workforce Seminar

December 11 Workforce Seminar 150 150 The Arc of Cape May

Did you know?

Over 68% of working-age Americans with disabilities are striving to work?

The disability community is one of the most overlooked talent pools in today’s labor force, causing many job seekers with intellectual and developmental disabilities to remain unemployed. The Arc of Cape May County is working to change that in Cape May County by working with loved ones, individuals with I/DD and businesses to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

Join The Arc of Cape May County on December 11 to learn more about work opportunities and incentives for individuals with I/DD. Supported by The Kessler Foundation and in collaboration with James Emmett Company, The Arc of Cape May County will:

  • Discuss best and evolving practices around disability inclusion services.
  • Share how loved ones and community members can find work opportunities and social security work incentives for individuals with I/DD.
