The Arc of Cape May County, Inc. is known for its dedication and excellence in working for and on behalf of people with developmental disabilities.  We are seeking applicants who can work either full-time or on a substitute basis.  We have eighteen residential programs in Cape May County. Available shifts are usually 3p.m. to 11p.m. and 11p.m. to 7a.m.

Direct Support Professionals provide education, training, and support in life activities such as work, daily living skills, recreation, and connections with family members and friends. Direct Support Professionals also carry out behavioral and health interventions and treatment plans. Direct Support Professionals must be able to maintain records properly, act responsibly in emergency situations, and interact positively with residents.

Starting Wage:

First 88 hours (training) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $9.00 per hour
After Completion of 88 hours of training . . . . . . $ 11.00 per hour
